Most of us have tried fad diets and different workouts in an effort to lose weight, gain muscle or just eat healthier, but end up right where we started. A nutrition coach can help you achieve your goals by changing the way you think about food and provide you with the tools to lead a healthier life!
I have been in healthcare for the last 20 years, currently working as an Ob/Gyn with women at all stages in their lives. As a busy mother of 2 teenage boys, I know how hard it is to prioritize your own needs.
I became interested in nutrition coaching when my son joined the high school wrestling team and needed to "make weight" for his division. I thought I knew how to help guide him from my medical training but found that it wasn't enough. I decided to take a nutrition course through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and became a Certified Nutrition Coach in November, 2022. It gave me the tools to not only help my son but to also help others struggling to navigate the confusing world of dieting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I have discovered that keeping a healthy weight is not just about what you eat but about how you live. It can be challenging but it is attainable by finding the right balance of nutrition and physical activity. Realizing that every body is different and what works for one person might not work for another is so important in finding that balance.

Complimentary 30 minute session to find out what you want to accomplish and how a nutrition coach can help achieve these goals! Can be done virtually or in person.
At this initial 60 minute consultation, we discuss in depth your current goals, potential obstacles and start a plan for success! This is the first step in The Program.
This monthly program is designed to guide, monitor and record progress by regular check-ins, encouragement, modifications, dietary suggestions and recipes. Includes two 30 minute in person or virtual sessions per month. The recommendation is for at least 3 months to start but I can be flexible!
These extra sessions can be scheduled anytime during the 3 month program for additional support or after the 3 months to add continued support and guidance. Can be 30 or 60 minutes in person or virtual.
These sessions are designed to help you make a shopping list, navigate your favorite grocery store, make healthy choices, read food labels and how to make the most of your time by prepping food for meals/snacks for you and your family.
This is designed for you if you have already participated in the initial program and want to enhance your experience with the same continued support and guidance as in the initial program.
